SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:

Article 41 — Governor — Executive and Administrative

Departments

256N.

Each [part of the Code of Maryland Regulations, each
permanent supplement, and] Register shall contain a
certificate by the administrator that it contains all
documents [required to be codified] FILED as of the closing
date. This certificate is conclusive evidence of this fact.
EACH PART OF THE CODE OF MARYLAND REGULATIONS AND EACH
PERMANENT SUPPLEMENT SHALL CONTAIN A CERTIFICATE BY THE
ADMINISTRATOR THAT IT CONTAINS ALL REGULATIONS OR OTHER
DOCUMENTS EFFECTIVE AND CODIFIED AS OF A SPECIFIC DATE
DETERMINED BY THE ADMINISTRATOR.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1978.
