AN ACT concerning

University of Maryland Grievance Procedures

FOR the purpose of providing a procedure by means of which
classified employees at the University of Maryland may
present grievances; and relating generally to
University of Maryland classified employee grievances.

Section 56 through 59, inclusive, 13-1A-01, 13-1A-03,
13-1A-04, 13-1A-05, and 13-1A-06 to be under
the new subtitle "Subtitle 1A. University of
Maryland Classified Employee Grievance
Procedures"
