county shall be good and sufficient as a license to offer
for sale in every part of the State[; provided that].

(3) [such] A license [shall] DOES not authorize
the holder thereof to open or carry on any store or fixed
place of business for such selling or offering for sale in
any place other than in the place of business designated in
[said] THE license and in the application therefor, it being
intended [hereby] that a separate trader's license shall be
obtained for each store or fixed place of business[; but
no].

(B)    (1) A license to trade or to sell spirituous or
fermented liquors [shall] MAY NOT be issued by any clerk of
a court to any person under the age of eighteen years,
without the special order of a judge of [said] THE court[;
and no judges shall].

(2)   A JUDGE MAY NOT give [such] A special order
to issue [such] A license to sell spirituous or fermented
liquors to a person under age of eighteen years, unless upon
the recommendation of at least ten respectable freeholders
residents of the ward or district wherein [said] THE license
would be operative[; and whenever].

(3)   WHENEVER any license [shall be] IS issued to
a minor, the [said] person under the age of eighteen years
shall be responsible for all contracts made in the
prosecution of such business under [such] THE license and
shall be liable to be sued therefor in any of the courts of
this State[; provided, however, that such].

(4)    THIS responsibility shall in no manner
affect or impair the responsibility of the parent of [such]
THE infant under existing laws.

(C)         IN WASHINGTON COUNTY, THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT

COURT MAY NOT ISSUE A LICENSE UNTIL THE APPLICANT FILES WITH

THE CLERK A CERTIFICATION FROM APPROPRIATE COUNTY OR

MUNICIPAL ZONING AUTHORITY THAT THE LOCATION DESIGNATED IN

THE APPLICATION IS PROPERLY ZONED FOR THE TYPE OF BUSINESS

THAT THE APPLICANT PROPOSES TO OPERATE.

(1)        IN WASHINGTON COUNTY, THE CLERK OF THE

CIRCUIT COURT MAY NOT ISSUE A NEW LICENSE UNDER THIS SECTION

UNTIL THE APPLICANT FILES WITH THE CLERK A CERTIFICATION

FROM THE COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION OR THE APPROPRIATE

MUNICIPAL___ZONING AUTHORITY THAT THE LOCATION DESIGNATED IN

THE APPLICATION IS PROPERLY ZONED OR HAS A SPECIAL EXCEPTION

FOR THE TYPE OF BUSINESS THAT___THE APPLICANT PROPOSES TO

OPERATE. THIS CONDITION DOES NOT APPLY IN THE CASE OF AN

APPLICATION___FOR A RENEWAL OR REISSUANCE OF A LICENSE

PREVIOUSLY ISSUED.

(2) THE ZONING AUTHORITY OF EACH MUNICIPALITY

IN WASHINGTON COUNTY SHALL FURNISH THE COUNTY PLANNING

COMMISSION WITH COPIES OF___ITS CURRENT ZONING ORDINANCE,

ZONING MAP, AND A DESCRIPTION OF EACH VARIANCE OR SPECIAL
