AN ACT concerning

Maryland Health and Higher Educational
Facilities Authority

FOR the purpose of changing and clarifying language in
certain definitions in the Maryland Health and Higher
Educational Facilities Authority Act; providing for the
appointment of additional officers; clarifying the
Authority's power to authorize its members and officers
to perform certain acts; clarifying the Authority's
power to refinance projects; making other technical
corrections and clarifying changes in the Act;
correcting certain cross—references; making a part of
this Act contingent upon the passage of another Act;
and relating generally to the Maryland Health and
Higher Educational Facilities Authority Act,
