BLAIR LEE III, Acting Governor 1961 11-11. IN THE PERIOD FROM JULY 1, 1978 THROUGH MARCH 31, 1979, INCLUSIVE, THE__MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF BALTIMORE BY ORDINANCE MAY ADOPT THE PROVISIONS OF SECTIONS 11-1 THROUGH ADOPTION, SECTIONS 11-1 THROUGH 11-10 SHALL BE AUTOMATICALLY REPEALED WITHOUT FURTHER ACTION BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY. THEREAFTER, THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF BALTIMORE MAY REPEAL, AMEND, ENACT, OR REENACT ORDINANCES RELATING TO THE LICENSURE OF MOVING PICTURE MACHINE OPERATORS IN BALTIMORE CITY. AT THE TIME THE BOARD BECOMES ANY OBLIGATIONS INCURRED AS OF THAT DATE SHALL REMAIN THE OBLIGATION OF THE STATE. SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act Approved May 16, 1978. CHAPTER 634 (House Bill 908) AN ACT concerning Workmen's Compensation Coverage — Corporate Officers FOR the purpose of providing certain officers of close denying officers of certain corporations certain coverage under the Workmen's Compensation Law; and where necessary. BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments, Article 101 — Workmen's Compensation Section 21(b) and 67(4) Annotated Code of Maryland (1964 Replacement Volume and 1977 Supplement) SECTION 1.
