IN THE PERIOD FROM JULY 1, 1978 THROUGH MARCH 31, 1979,

INCLUSIVE, THE__MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF BALTIMORE BY

ORDINANCE MAY ADOPT THE PROVISIONS OF SECTIONS 11-1 THROUGH
11-10 OF THIS ARTICLE, AND UPON THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THE

ADOPTION, SECTIONS 11-1 THROUGH 11-10 SHALL BE

AUTOMATICALLY REPEALED WITHOUT FURTHER ACTION BY THE GENERAL

ASSEMBLY. THEREAFTER, THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF

BALTIMORE MAY REPEAL, AMEND, ENACT, OR REENACT ORDINANCES

RELATING TO THE LICENSURE OF MOVING PICTURE MACHINE

OPERATORS IN BALTIMORE CITY. AT THE TIME THE BOARD BECOMES
A CITY AGENCY OR INSTRUMENTALITY, ALL OF ITS BOOKS, RECORDS,
AND EQUIPMENT SHALL BE TRANSFERRED TO BALTIMORE CITY, BUT

ANY OBLIGATIONS INCURRED AS OF THAT DATE SHALL REMAIN THE

OBLIGATION OF THE STATE.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1978.

AN ACT concerning

Workmen's Compensation Coverage — Corporate Officers

FOR the purpose of providing certain officers of close
corporations with the choice of being covered under the
Workmen's Compensation Law without this decision being
subject to a certain existing condition; providing that
officers of other type corporations are under the law;

denying officers of certain corporations certain

coverage under the Workmen's Compensation Law; and
making certain technical corrections;----and renumbering

where necessary.

Section 21(b) and 67(4)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:
