AN ACT concerning

Anne Arundel County - Outdoor Music Festivals

FOR the purpose of adding Anne Arundel, Baltimore, and
Calvert County Counties to those counties subject to
the laws of Maryland regulating outdoor music
festivals.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Article 56 - Licenses

Section 159E(a)

Annotated Code of Maryland

(1972 Replacement Volume and 1977 Supplement)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:

Article 56 - Licenses

159E.

(a) The provisions in §§ 159, 159A, 159B, 159C and
159D shall be applicable to BALTIMORE, CALVERT, Dorchester,
Somerset, Wicomico, Worcester, Charles, Garrett, Carolina,
Cecil, Harford, Kent, Queen Anne's, St. Mary's, Talbot,
Washington, ANNE ARUNDEL and Frederick counties only.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1978.
