AN ACT concerning

Election Code - Fair Election Practices

FOR the purpose of requiring certain procedures with respect
to petty cash funds; placing certain limits on campaign
contributions; requiring campaign contribution receipts
in certain cases; authorizing the disposition of
surplus funds in a certain manner; exempting certain
transactions from the campaign contribution
limitations; providing that a written consent to the
acceptance of a loan does not constitute the
candidate's guarantee of repayment except in certain
cases; generally relating to the procedures, limits,
requirements, and authorizations of the Fair Election
Practices in the Election Code; and clarifying the
language.
