LAWS OF MARYLAND

Ch. 602

(B) Any person, his aiders, abettors and counsellors,
who shall be convicted of the crime of breaking into or
entering by force or otherwise any railroad car, OR FREIGHT
SECURED OR ATTACHED TO ANY RAILROAD CAR then being in the
possession or use of any railroad company in this State with
intent to steal any money, goods or chattels contained in
[such] THAT railroad car, OR IN ANY FREIGHT SECURED OR
ATTACHED TO ANY RAILROAD CAR shall be punished by
imprisonment in the penitentiary not less than one nor more
than ten years.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1978.

CHAPTER 603

(House Bill 508)

AN ACT concerning

Alcoholism - Disorderly Intoxication

FOR the purpose of clarifying the laws relating to alcoholic
beverages by repealing certain laws concerning drinking
in certain places and disorderly intoxication which
contained certain duplications; presenting certain
matters without change for informational purposes;
repealing an inconsistent phrase relating to unnamed
jurisdictions; excepting certain subdivisions from

various provisions relating to both disorderly

intoxication in general and to drinking in certain
places; including certain subdivisions under certain
disorderly intoxication provisions; providing for

certain drinking in Charles County; and specifying a

certain Statewide effect, with certain exceptions.

BY repealing

Chapter 916, 918, 928, 945, 952, and 976 of the Acts of
the General Assembly of 1977

BY repealing and reenacting, without amendments,

Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages

Section 207 through 209 and 208

Annotated Code of Maryland

(1976 Replacement Volume and 1977 Supplement)
