AN ACT concerning

Kent County — Alcoholic Beverages
(Class D Beer and Light Wine License (On—Sale))

FOR the purpose of permitting the issuance of a Class D beer
and light wine license (on—sale); establishing the
hours and days for sale; and establishing the cost of
the license.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:

(a) A Class D beer and light wine license shall be
issued by the clerk of the circuit court of the county in
which the place of business is located, or by the clerk of
the Court of Common Pleas of Baltimore City, if the place of
business is located in the city. The license authorizes its
holder to keep for sale and to sell beer and light wines at
retail, at the place described in the license, for
