ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE OF THE COURTS, AS APPROPRIATE, shall
mail to every person whose name is drawn from the master
wheel under § 8-205 OR FROM THE SOURCE LIST UNDER
§8—202(B) (1), a juror qualification form, with instructions
to fill out, sign, certify, and return it by mail [to the
clerk or jury commissioner], within ten days.
(1) If the person is unable to fill out the
form, he shall have another person do it for him, and that
person shall indicate that he has done so, and the reason.
(2) If it appears that there is an omission,
ambiguity, or error in a form, the clerk or jury
commissioner shall return the form with instructions to the
person to make the additions or corrections necessary and to
return the form to the clerk or jury commissioner within ten
days of receipt.

(b) When it is necessary to draw a grand or petit
jury, the clerk or jury commissioner shall issue a summons
for each person drawn for jury service. The summonses may
be served personnaly, [or] by registered mail, return
receipt requested, OR BY FIRST-CLASS MAIL. WHEN MAIL
SERVICE IS USED, THE SUMMONS SHALL BE addressed to [him] THE
PERSON DRAWN FOR JURY SERVICE at his usual residence or
business address.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1978.

AN ACT concerning
Kent County - Alcoholic Beverages
(Beer and Light Wine Licenses for Restaurants)
FOR the purpose of creating a special restaurant license in
Kent County; permitting sale of beer and light wine 7
days a week between certain hours; specifying an annual
fee; and generally relating to alcoholic beverages in
Kent County.
