AN ACT concerning

Education Article — Cross—references
and Nomenclature

FOR the purpose of correcting obsolete and inaccurate
references to statutes and agencies included in the
Education Article; correcting certain other erroneous
or obsolete references; providing for the citation of
the Education Article; clarifying and correcting
language; and providing for the effect of this Act.
