tobacco house, warehouse, or other building, although the
same be not contiguous to or used with any mansion house, OR
INTO ANY BOAT, CRAFT, OR VESSEL, with intent to steal any
money, goods or chattels under the value of one hundred
dollars, or if any person shall break into any shop,
storehouse, tobacco house, warehouse, or other building,
although the same be not contiguous to or used with any
mansion house, and steals from thence any money, goods or
chattels under the value of five dollars, he, his aiders,
abettors and counsellors shall be deemed guilty of a
misdemeanor and shall be tried before any court of competent
jurisdiction, and being thereof convicted, shall restore the
goods and chattels so stolen, or pay the full value thereof
to the owner thereof, and be further sentenced to the
penitentiary or house of correction, or to the jail of the
county in which the offense may have been committed, or of
the City of Baltimore, if the offense be committed in said
city, in the discretion of the court for not more than
eighteen months.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1978.

AN ACT concerning
Catastrophic Health Insurance
FOR the purpose of requiring any nonprofit health service
plan issuing or delivering a health hospital insurance
policy to any person in this State to offer
catastrophic health insurance coverage; providing
minimum coverage to a certain amount; and permitting
certain optional provisions.

Article 48A - Insurance Code
Section 361C
Annotated Code of Maryland

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, of enacted to read as follows:
