ON SUNDAYS, IN A SEALED PACKAGE OR CONTAINER WHICH MAY NOT

BE OPENED OR THE CONTENTS CONSUMED ON THE LICENSEE'S

PREMISES, SUBJECT TO THE OTHER RESTRICTIONS CONTAINED IN §
5(E)(1).

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1978.

AN ACT concerning

Carroll and Frederick Counties - Alcoholic Beverages
(Sale of Wine at Wineries)

FOR the purpose of permitting wineries in Frederick and
Carroll Counties with Class 4 licenses to sell wine on
the premises under certain conditions; creating a Class
A light wine license that applies to certain counties;
generally relating to the sale of wine at wineries with
Class 4 licences without a purchase limitation; and
clarifying language.
