provide for the time and manner of payments by the county OR
MUNICIPALITY to the Maryland State Police to pay this
obligation.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1978.

AN ACT concerning

Vehicle Laws — Registration Plates

FOR the purpose of providing that vehicles registered as
historic or antique vehicles in this or another state,
when used or driven in this State, may also display
vintage registration plates as an indication of the
historic or antique nature of the vehicle; and
providing that only current registration plates may be
displayed in the place provided for the display of
registration plates.
