MARYLAND, That the subheading "Abortion" immediately

following Section 2 of Article 27 - Crimes and Punishments,

of the Annotated Code of Maryland be repealed.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That section(s)

of the Annotated Code of Maryland be repealed, amended, or

enacted to read as follows:

Article 27 - Crimes and Punishments

FOR the purpose of prohibiting the taking, detaining, or

concealing of a child under certain circumstances;
providing for the return of the child and assessment of
costs; and providing a penalty.
