BLAIR LEE III, Acting Governor                         1561

0.10 percent, or more, by weight, of alcohol, as determined
by an analysis of his blood or breath, [or if there was in
his urine 0.13 percent, or more, by weight, of alcohol,] it
shall be prima facie evidence that the defendant's driving
ability was impaired by the consumption of alcohol.

(e) If there was in his blood at the time of testing
0.15 percent, or more, by weight, of alcohol, as determined
by an analysis of his blood or breath, [or if there was in
his urine, 0.20 percent, or more, by weight, of alcohol,] it
shall be prima facie evidence that the defendant was
intoxicated.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1978.

AN ACT concerning

Vehicle Laws — Special Plates for Blind Dependents

to obtain special registration plates for disabled

persons if the owner has a dependent or an individual

who depends on him for transportation who is blind.

FOR the purpose of providing that special registration

plates for disabled persons may be issued to certain

applicants if the applicant or certain other persons

suffer permanent impairment of both eyes or permanent

physical disability.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
