PRACTICE OF DENTAL HYGIENE IN THIS STATE.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1978.

AN ACT concerning

Caroline County — County Commissioners

FOR the purpose of altering the salary paid to the Caroline
County Commissioners; providing that the Commissioners
shall receive expenses provided in the State Standard
Travel regulations rather than a fixed sum; eliminating
the additional compensation paid the President of the
County Commissioners; eliminating the extra
compensation paid to the County Commissioners when they
sit as the County Roads Board; providing that the
County Roads Board shall receive expenses as provided
in the State Standard Travel Regulations rather than a
fixed sum; placing in the Public General Laws a
cross-reference to the Public Local Laws of Caroline
County; clarifying language; and specifying that the
salary increase does not affect the incumbent.
