Each employer (employee) (or in the case of death his
family or dependents) entitled to receive compensation under
this article shall receive the same in accordance with the
following schedule and except as in this article otherwise
provided, such payment shall be in lieu of any and all
rights of action whatsoever against any person whomsoever.

(3) (f) For other mutilations and disfigurations
not hereinbefore provided for, compensation shall be allowed
in the discretion of the Commission, for not more than [one
hundred] 200 156 weeks, as the Commission may fix, in each
case having due regard to the character of the mutilation
and disfigurement as compared with mutilation and injury
hereinbefore specifically provided for.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1978.

Attorney in Garrett County; and specifying that the
change does not affect the incumbent.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:

Article 10 — Attorneys at Law and Attorneys in Fact

40.

(1) In Garrett County (1) the State's Attorney's
salary is [$7,000] $15,000.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
