(O) THIS SECTION DOES NOT APPLY IN HARFORD COUNTY.
[(J)](P) In Howard County there [ shall be] ARE two
Class A licenses[; ]:
(1) [the first shall be known as a] A Class A—1
license [and shall be] IS a seven—day license and the ANNUAL
license fee [shall be nine hundred dollars ($900.00)
annually] IS $900[; the second shall be designated as a].
(2) A Class A-2 license [and shall be] IS a
six-day license and [its] THE ANNUAL license fee [shall be
five hundred dollars ($500.00) annually] IS $500.
(Q) IN KENT COUNTY THE ANNUAL FEE IS $2,000.
(R) THIS SECTION DOES NOT APPLY IN MONTGOMERY COUNTY.
[(k)] (S) In Prince George's County the ANNUAL license
fee [shall be five hundred and sixty dollars ($560.00)
annually] IS $650.
[(1) ] (T) In Queen Anne's County the annual license
fee [for such a license shall be two thousand dollars
($2,000.00)] IS $2,000.
[(1-1)]) (U) In St. Mary's County there [shall be]
ARE two Class A licenses[;]:
(1) [the first shall be known as a] A Class A-1
license [and shall be] IS a seven—day license [at an] AND
THE annual license fee [of three hundred dollars ($300.00);
the second shall be designated a] IS $300.
(2) A Class A—2 license [and shall be] IS a
six-day license [at an] AND THE annual license fee [of two
hundred dollars ($200.00)] IS $200.
(V) THIS SECTION DOES NOT APPLY IN SOMERSET COUNTY
[(m)] (W) In Talbot County [no such] THIS license
[shall] MAY NOT be issued except to grocery stores, drug
stores, incorporated clubs, restaurants and hotels which
have been doing business in [said] THE county for more than
one year prior to the date of the application for [such] THE
license. The annual fee for [such a] THE license [shall be
one thousand dollars ($1,000.00)] IS $1,000.
[ (n) ] (X) In Washington County the ANNUAL license fee
[shall be one hundred and fifty dollars ($150.00) annually]
IS $150.
[(n—1)] (Y) (1) In Wicomico County, any license issued
under the provisions of this section shall be issued only to
existing establishments that already have a Class B beer,
wine and liquor (restaurant) license and have been
continually operating as a restaurant in the county for
three months prior to the application for this license.
