CHAPTER 366 (House Bill 1088) AN ACT concerning Leased Oyster Bottoms — Alteration FOR the purpose of prohibiting certain persons from penalty under certain circumstances;__and relating generally to the alteration, transfer, or destruction of buoys, stakes, and monuments on leased oyster bottoms. BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments, Article - Natural Resources SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland Article - Natural Resources 4-1113. Immediately upon entering into a lease, every lessee, shall designate leased oyster bottoms by plainly marking them with stakes, buoys, or monuments, under the supervision of the department.
