Section 1 through 19 and the Article name "Sedition

and Subversive Activities"

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section(s) 1 through 19, inclusive, and the
Article name "Sedition and Subversive Activities" of Article
85A — Sedition and Subversive Activities, of the Annotated
Code of Maryland be repealed.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1978.

Life Insurance — Policy Description

FOR the purpose of changing one of the designated   references

to a life insurance policy written on       a rated

underwriting basis that must appear on the  first page
of the policy.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:

(a) No life insurance policy except a group life
insurance policy shall be delivered or issued for delivery
in this State unless such policy shall have legibly
inscribed on the first page a brief description thereof.
Such brief description shall give the following information:
