the Commission to all licensees and be] made available to
any [other] person [on request].
[(b) The Commission shall publish PREPARE an annual
report of its activities which shall include statements of
its total receipts from license fees, total expenditures,
number of licenses issued to (1) brokers, (2) salesmen and
(3) associate brokers in Baltimore City and each of the
counties, number of hearings held, number of complaints
received, number of investigations made, number of licenses
(1) refused, (2) suspended or (3) revoked and such other
information as may further reflect the work of the
Commission. Such annual reports shall be sent to the
Governor, the President of the Senate, the Speaker of the
House of Delegates of the State of Maryland and be made
available to others on request] SECRETARY OF THE DEPARTMENT
OF LICENSING AND REGULATION FOR INCLUSION IN THE SECRETARY'S
ANNUAL REPORT.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1978.

AN ACT concerning
Real Estate Commission — Hearings
FOR the purpose of specifying that, for purposes of certain
hearings, the Executive or Assistant Director of the
Real Estate Commission may administer oaths and
subpoena and depose certain persons in a certain
manner; and eliminating the reference to the
Secretary—Treasurer of the Commission.
