subject to all the provisions of this article, except that
any restrictions against the sale of alcoholic beverages on
Sundays, appearing elsewhere in this article, does not apply
to any licensee holding the special Class C (golf and
country club) license; a special Class C (country club)
license for an annual fee of $625 to be paid to the clerk
before issuance thereof after approval of issuance of such
license by said board, may also be issued in Anne Arundel
County to a country club meeting the aforementioned
requirements other than the requirements for a regular or
championship golf course of nine holes or more; but which
country club instead shall be required to have, in addition
to the other requirements, not less than 15 acres of ground
for the licensed premises and used in connection therewith
[licensed]. LICENSED clubs in this category of a special
Class C (country club) license are subject to restrictions
appearing in §92 of this article as to sale of alcoholic
beverages on Sunday. The country clubs may not be permitted
to sell alcoholic beverages for consumption off their
premises nor the grounds of such club used in connection
therewith.

(f) (1) For a period of two years from April 30,
1961, the number of premises for which licenses for the sale
of alcoholic beverages at retail may be issued in the fourth
precinct of the fifth election [districts] DISTRICT of Anne
Arundel County shall be limited to the number of licensed
premises in existence in the district in which the premises
are located on April 30, 1961; provided, however, that the
board of license commissioners of Anne Arundel County are
hereby authorized to limit the number of licenses, other
than those licenses specified in [subsection (f) (2) of this
section] PARAGRAPH (2) OF THIS SUBSECTION, issued in any
precinct of any district of Anne Arundel County for a period
of one year.

In Worcester County the owner or owners of any regular
licensed horse racing establishment, holding public meetings
at which pari-mutuel betting is permitted, or the
concessionaire or catering organization at that place,
whether an individual, association or corporation, may
procure without additional residential, voting or locative
qualifications, a license for the sale of beer or beer and
light wine within the confines of its racing park in the
county, at the same cost for other beer and beer and light
wine licenses in the county [the]. THE person may procure a
license for the sale of beer, wine and liquor within the
confines of its racing park in the county, for a fee of $750
each year, which entitles the holder to sell at one or more
locations within its park. The licenses and the licensees
are subject to all laws, rules and regulations applicable in
Worcester County to the sale of alcoholic beverages not
inconsistent with the provisions of this [subsection]
SECTION. All of these licensees shall purchase all liquors
