shall take effect July 1, 1978.

AN ACT concerning

Vehicle Laws - Publication of Vehicle Laws

FOR the purpose of providing that copies of the Maryland
Vehicle laws may be furnished by the Motor Vehicle
Administration free of charge to certain individuals
and bodies; and deleting the authorization for free
distribution of copies of rules and regulations to
certain individuals and bodies.

(a) The Administration may publish a summary of the
laws of this State that relate to the operation of vehicles
and may give a copy of the summary, without charge, with
each original vehicle registration and original driver's
license that it issues.
