SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That an
ordinance or resolution under this Act may apply to taxation
for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1978, if so stated in
the ordinance or resolution.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect June 1, 1978.
