ANNUALLY.

An assessment shall be determined when the first
payment is due. Projections of water withdrawals in
determining assessments begin with the most recent year for
which data are available. Thereafter, in consultation with
the Department, the Authority shall recalculate assessments
triennially based on a revised ten—year projection of water
withdrawals beginning with the most recent year for which
data are available.]

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1978.

AN ACT concerning

Weights and Measures — Dairy Products

FOR the purpose of amending the weights and measures
provisions that relate to milk and other fluid dairy
products; specifying certain standards of weights and
measures; authorizing regulation of receiving,
weighing, measuring, sampling, and testing of these
products if their payment may be based on the results;
requiring licensure of certain persons calibrating
certain equipment; increasing certain permit fees;
authorizing suspension and revocation of licenses and
permits in certain instances; providing certain other
penalties for violations; clarifying and adding certain
definitions; and generally relating to weighing and
measuring of milk and other fluid dairy products.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
