GENERAL REVISOR'S NOTE:
In revising this title, the Commission to Revise the
Annotated Code deleted present Art. 66 1/2, §6—404, which
sets forth certain express powers of the Administrator.
The present section is superfluous since these powers are
implicitly granted by the counterpart requirements of
this subtitle.
Present Art. 66 1/2, §6—409, which provides that
suspensions under present Subtitle 7 — now Title 17 of
this article — are unaffected by this subtitle, is
deleted as superfluous.
As to suspensions and revocations, generally, see
Subtitle 2 of this title.
