The first clause of present Art. 66 1/2,
§5—103(a), which governs the issuance of a
license, the second sentence of present
§5-103(a), which provides for expiration and
renewal of a license, and present §5—103(b)
and (c) , which governs supplemental and
duplicate licenses, are deleted as already
covered by the standard provisions of §§
15-104, 15-108, 15-105(b), and 15-107 of this
title, respectively.

15-310. CONTENTS OF LICENSE.
EACH LICENSE SHALL STATE:
(1) THE TYPE OF VEHICLES IN WHICH THE
LICENSEE MAY DEAL;
(2) THE LOCATIONS FROM WHICH THE LICENSEE
MAY DEAL IN THAT TYPE OF VEHICLE; AND
(3) IF IT IS A LICENSE TO DEAL IN NEW
VEHICLES, THE MAKE OF NEW VEHICLES IN WHICH THE LICENSEE
MAY DEAL.
REVISOR'S NOTE: This section presently appears as
Art. 66 1/2, §5-104 and the first sentence of
§5-105(a).
