MARVIN MANDEL, Governor
(1)   A PERSON WHO IS LICENSED UNDER THIS TITLE
MAY CONDUCT THE LICENSED ACTIVITY ONLY FROM A FIXED
LOCATION, AS SPECIFIED IN THE APPLICATION FOR THE
LICENSE. (2)    THE BOOKS OF ACCOUNT AND RECORDS OF THE
LICENSEE SHALL BE KEPT AT THAT LOCATION. REVISOR'S NOTE: This subsection is new language
derived from the common location requirements
presently repeated in each of Art. 66 1/2, §§
5-107(a), 5-202(a), 5-705, and 5-803. It is
placed in this subtitle and revised to clarify
that all activities licensed under this title
must be conducted from the location specified
in the application, and to standardize, in
accordance with current regulations and
practice, the requirement that the records of
all licensees be kept at the specified
location. (B) SUPPLEMENTAL LICENSE REQUIRED FOR CHANGE. A LICENSEE MAY NOT REMOVE OR RELOCATE THE LOCATION
SPECIFIED FOR THE LICENSED ACTIVITY OR OPEN ANY
ADDITIONAL LOCATION, UNLESS THE LICENSEE HAS APPLIED FOR
AND OBTAINED A SUPPLEMENTAL LICENSE FROM THE
ADMINISTRATION. REVISOR'S NOTE: This subsection is new language
derived from the common supplemental license
requirements presently repeated in each of
Art. 66 1/2, §§ 5-103(b), 5-306, 5-705, 5-803,
and, by implication, 6-501(3). It is placed
in this subtitle and revised to apply to
salesmen, wreckers, and scrap processors, as
well. This change is made to achieve general
uniformity and conforms to current regulations
and practice. 15-106. LICENSEES TO REPORT CHANGED INFORMATION. (A)   REPORT REQUIRED. IF, DURING ANY LICENSE YEAR, THERE IS ANY CHANGE IN
THE INFORMATION THAT A LICENSEE GAVE THE ADMINISTRATION
IN OBTAINING OR RETAINING A LICENSE UNDER THIS TITLE, THE
LICENSEE SHALL REPORT THE CHANGE TO THE ADMINISTRATION
WITHIN 30 DAYS AFTER THE CHANGE OCCURS. (B)   FORM AND EXECUTION OF REPORT. THE REPORT SHALL BE MADE ON THE FORM THAT     THE ADMINISTRATION REQUIRES.        THE LICENSEE SHALL SIGN THE FORM AND CERTIFY THAT THE     INFORMATION GIVEN IN IT IS
TRUE.
