§2-201. 2-406. COMPOSITION OF COMMITTEE. (A)   EX OFFICIO MEMBERS. THE FOLLOWING STATE OFFICIALS ARE EX OFFICIO MEMBERS OF THE COMMITTEE: (1)   THE GOVERNOR, MHO IS THE CHAIRMAN OF THE COMMITTEE; (2)   THE SECRETARY OF TRANSPORTATION; (3)     THE SECRETARY OF PUBLIC SAFETY AND
CORRECTIONAL SERVICES; (4) THE SECRETARY OF HEALTH AND MENTAL HYGIENE; (5)   THE STATE SUPERINTENDENT OF SCHOOLS; (6)    THE CHAIRMAN OF THE JUDICIAL PROCEEDINGS
COMMITTEE OF THE STATE SENATE; (7)    THE CHAIRMAN OF THE COMMITTEE ON
CONSTITUTIONAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE LAW OF THE STATE HOUSE
OF DELEGATES; AND (8)     THE CHAIRMAN OF THE MOTOR VEHICLES
SUBCOMMITTEE OF THE JUDICIARY COMMITTEE OF THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES. (B)   ADDITIONAL MEMBERS. THE GOVERNOR MAY APPOINT ANY ADDITIONAL MEMBERS HE
CONSIDERS APPROPRIATE, TO SERVE AT THE PLEASURE OF THE
GOVERNOR. (C)   ALTERNATES. ANY MEMBER OF THE COMMITTEE MAY DESIGNATE FROM TIME
TO TIME AN INDIVIDUAL TO SERVE TEMPORARILY AS HIS
ALTERNATE.
