DESIGNED AND USED PRIMARILY AS A FARM IMPLEMENT FOR
DRAWING FARM EQUIPMENT. REVISOR'S NOTE: This section is new language derived
without substantive change from Art. 66 1/2,
§1-127. 11-122. FIXED TERMINI. (A)    "FIXED TERMINI" INCLUDES ANY CITY, TOWN,
VILLAGE, STATE LINE, COUNTY LINE, CITY LINE, OR ANY
OTHER GEOGRAPHICAL POINT MARKING THE BEGINNING OR THE END
OF A CARRIAGE OF PROPERTY OR PASSENGERS IN THIS STATE,
IF THE TERMINI ARE AT LEAST FIVE MILES APART. (B)   THIS DEFINITION SHALL BE LIBERALLY CONSTRUED. REVISOR'S NOTE: This section presently appears as
Art. 66 1/2, §1-128. The phrase "property or passengers" is
substituted for "goods" to conform to the like
reference in the counterpart definition of
"regular schedule". The only other changes are in style. For a discussion of the use of this term in
the Maryland Vehicle Law and elsewhere, see
revisor's note to the definition of "regular
schedule" in §11-148 of this subtitle. 11-123. FLAMMABLE LIQUID. "FLAMMABLE LIQUID" MEANS ANY LIQUID THAT HAS A FLASH POINT OF 70 DEGREES OR LESS FARENHEIT, AS
DETERMINED BY A TAGLIABUE OR EQUIVALENT CLOSED CUP TEST
DEVICE. REVISOR'S NOTE: This section presently appears as
Art. 66 1/2, §1-129. The only changes are in style. Present Art. 66 1/2, §1-137, which defines
"inflammable liquid" in terms identical to
those of this section, is deleted as
unnecessary.          The term "flammable liquid" uniformly is used in the Maryland Vehicle Law.
