11-121. FARM TRACTOR.
"FARM TRACTOR" MEANS A MOTOR VEHICLE THAT IS
DESIGNED AND USED PRIMARILY AS A FARM IMPLEMENT FOR
DRAWING FARM EQUIPMENT.
REVISOR'S NOTE: This section is new language derived
without substantive change from Art. 66 1/2,
§1-127.
11-122. FIXED TERMINI.
(A) "FIXED TERMINI" INCLUDES ANY CITY, TOWN,
VILLAGE, STATE LINE, COUNTY LINE, CITY LINE, OR ANY
OTHER GEOGRAPHICAL POINT MARKING THE BEGINNING OR THE END
OF A CARRIAGE OF PROPERTY OR PASSENGERS IN THIS STATE,
IF THE TERMINI ARE AT LEAST FIVE MILES APART.
(B) THIS DEFINITION SHALL BE LIBERALLY CONSTRUED.
REVISOR'S NOTE: This section presently appears as
Art. 66 1/2, §1-128.
The phrase "property or passengers" is
substituted for "goods" to conform to the like
reference in the counterpart definition of
"regular schedule".

11-123. FLAMMABLE LIQUID.
"FLAMMABLE LIQUID" MEANS ANY LIQUID THAT HAS A
FLASH POINT OF 70 DEGREES OR LESS FARENHEIT, AS
DETERMINED BY A TAGLIABUE OR EQUIVALENT CLOSED CUP TEST
DEVICE.
REVISOR'S NOTE: This section presently appears as
Art. 66 1/2, §1-129.
The only changes are in style.
Present Art. 66 1/2, §1-137, which defines
"inflammable liquid" in terms identical to
those of this section, is deleted as
unnecessary. The term "flammable liquid"
uniformly is used in the Maryland Vehicle Law.
