AN ACT to amend Section 21-911, Title 21 of the Howard
County Code for the purpose of restricting the
parking of vehicles, where appropriate signs are
erected, giving notice, to a time limit of two (2)
hours every day, Monday through Sunday, and to
delete the words "except Sundays and Holidays" from
the present law.

Council Bill No. 41
AN ACT to adopt the 1975 National Standard Plumbing Code
and the American Standard for Installation of Gas
Appliances and Gas Piping (NFPA No. 54-1974), to
create new licenses for On—Side Utility Contractor,
Master Limited Plumber—Gas Fitter and Water Pump
Contractor by repealing and re-enacting with
amendments Section 3.300 of Title 3, subtitle 3,
"Plumbing Regulations" of the Howard County Code;
and by repealing the existing Howard County Plumbing
and Gas Fitting Code and enacting a new Plumbing and
Gas Fitting Code in lieu thereof.

AN ACT to adopt the BOCA Basic Building Code/1975, Sixth
Edition, with local amendments, the 19 75 Edition of
the One and Two Family Dwelling Code and 1976 BOCA
Supplement, by repealing Section 3-108 of Subtitle
1, Title 3 and redesignating it as "Standards for
Buildings and Construction".
