AN ORDINANCE to add new Section 9-203 (a), (b), (c), (d),
(e), and (f) AND (G) to the Anne Arundel County Code
(1967 Edition and Supplements) , Title 9, "Finance",
Subtitle 2, "Budget", to follow immediately after
Section 9—202 thereof; to establish a procedure for
the application for an appropriation of shore
erosion control district funds; to provide for
special benefit charges to fund said appropriations
and to pay off indebtedness incurred for the
construction or acquisition of erosion control
works; and to provide for notice of certain public
hearings to property owners in erosion control
districts; AND TO DEFINE THE TERM "PROPERTY OWNER";
to add new Section 17—400A to said Code, Title 17,
"Taxation", Subtitle 4, "Erosion District Taxes", to
follow immediately after Section 17—400 thereof; to
provide for the assessment, levy and collection of
special benefit charges or ad valorem tax levies in
shore erosion control districts; and generally
relating to shore erosion control districts.

AN ORDINANCE to repeal and re—enact, with amendments,
Sections 6—200 through 6—210, inclusive, and 6—212
of the Anne Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and
Supplements), Title 6, "Crimes and Misdemeanors",
Subtitle 2, "Animals", and to repeal and re—enact,
with amendments. Sections 12-700, 12—701(a),
12-706 (b), 12-708, 12-709 and 12-710 of the same
Code, Title 12, "Licenses, Permits and Franchises",
Subtitle 7, "Dogs", and to add new Section 12—711 to
the same Code, Title and Subtitle, to make certain
technical corrections and substantive changes to the
animal control regulations of Anne Arundel County,
providing that the County animal control agency
initiate certain actions upon certain complaints of
animal cruelty and that such agency cooperate with
proper authorities, adding certain definitions,
requiring that certain female dogs be confined under
certain circumstances, establishing certain
penalties for certain violations and penalties for
multiple convictions of certain offenses within a 12
month period, changing EXPANDING and clarifying
certain public nuisance and running at large
offenses for certain animals, establishing certain
provisions for the control of vicious dogs,
increasing certain animal impoundment and other
