CITY OF DISTRICT HEIGHTS, MARYLAND
AMENDING SECTION 22-23 OF THE CITY CHARTER
TITLE, An amendment to the City Charter (Section
22—23) providing that any voter who fails to notify the
City Clerk of any move within the City within one year,
shall be purged from the roll of eligible voters.
[Section 22—23 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Prince George's County, repealed and reenacted, with
amendments.

RESOLUTION NO. 46
OF TOWN OF EASTON
TO AMEND THE CHARTER
Resolution of the Town of Easton, adopted pursuant
to the authority of Maryland Constitution, Art. XI—E,
entitled "Municipal Corporations", "Home Rule", and
Maryland Code (1957, 1973 Repl. Vol.) Art. 23A, § 13,
entitled, "Corporations—Municipal", "Home Rule", "Charter
Amendments", "Initiation by legislative body", to amend
Article II, Section 19 of the Charter of the Town of
Easton to provide that the $200,000.00 limitation on the
sale and purchase of property without a referendum shall
not apply to any sale or purchase made, the financing of
which is guaranteed or otherwise provided by the Maryland
Industrial Financing Authority Act or similar laws of the
State of Maryland.
[Section 19 of Article II of the Charter of Easton,
in the Code of Public Local Laws of Talbot County,
repealed and reenacted, with amendments.
Effective Date March 9, 1976]
