the Code.
(b) In addition to the requirements of that
section of the Code, an executive public body
may not have a meeting in executive session
when exercising an advisory, executive,
quasi-judicial, or quasi—legislative function
except for the following purposes:
(1) Discussion of the employment,
assignment, appointment, promotion,
demotion, compensation, discipline,
removal, or resignation of State
employees, appointees, or officials, or
any other personnel matter affecting one
or more particular individuals;
(2) Protection of the privacy or reputation
of individuals not related to public
business;
(3) Considering the acquisition of real
property for a public purpose and
matters directly related thereto;
(4) Considering matters concerning a
proposal of or for a business or
industry to locate in the State or any
part of the State;

Considering the investment of public
funds or the marketing of public
securities;
Consultation with legal counsel;

Preparation, administration, or grading
