with respect to construction of those sections repealed
by a previously signed bill.
I also note that the correction made by this bill in
Article 56, §151(a) is accomplished by House Bill 338,
signed by Lieutenant Governor Blair Lee III in his
capacity as Acting Governor on May 26, 1977. The other
corrections made by House Bill 1215 could be accomplished
in a corrective bill during the next session.
For these reasons, I have decided to veto House Bill
1215.
