LAWS OF MARYLAND
ADOPT BY LOCAL LAW, ORDINANCE, RULE OR REGULATION, AS
APPROPRIATE, STANDARDS PROVIDING FOR THE AUTHORIZATION OF
THE CONSUMPTION OF" ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES, OTHERWISE
PROHIBITED BY THIS SUBHEADING, AND CONSISTENT WITH THE
INTENDED USE OF THE PROPERTY BY THE GENERAL PUBLIC. 213. ANY PERSON WHO VIOLATES THE PROVISIONS OF THIS
SUBHEADING IS GUILTY OF A MISDEMEANOR AND ON CONVICTION
IS SUBJECT TO A FINE NOT EXCEEDING $100. 214. (A)       THIS SUBHEADING APPLIES ONLY IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES. (B) MONTGOMERY COUNTY. SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1977. Approved May 26, 1977. CHAPTER 977 (House Bill 1579) AN ACT concerning Alcoholic Beverages - Drinking in Certain Places FOR the purpose of prohibiting drinking of alcoholic
beverages in certain places without certain
authorization; and defining a term. BY adding to Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages Section 210 through 213, inclusive, to be under the new subtitle "Drinking in Certain Places"

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That new Sections 210 through 213, inclusive,
to be under the new subtitle "Drinking in Certain Places"
be and they are hereby added to Article 2B - Alcoholic
Beverages, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1976
Replacement Volume and 1976 Supplement) to read as
follows:
