AN ACT concerning
Office of the Governor - Services to the Handicapped
FOR the purpose of creating an Office for the
Coordination of Services to the Handicapped within
the office of the Governor; requiring the
appointment of a Director and providing that funding
and personnel be provided to the Office for the
Coordination of Services to the Handicapped;
specifying its functions and duties; providing for
appointment of a State Advisory Council for the
Coordination of Services to the Handicapped and the
appointment of its members; specifying the terms of
the appointees to the Council; and specifying the
functions of the Council.
BY adding to
Article 41 - Governor-Executive and
Administrative Departments
Section 159 and 160 to be under the new subheading
"Office for the Coordination of Services to
the Handicapped"
