VIRGINIA FISHERIES COMMISSION shall ex officio become a
member of the commission.
Section 6. Meetings, quorum. Commission meetings
shall be held at least once each quarter, and at such
other times as the Commission may determine. In order to
constitute a quorum for the transaction of any business
at least two [of the three] members from each state must
be present and must vote on the business being
transacted.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
may not take effect until a similar Act is passed by the
Commonwealth of Virginia; that the Commonwealth of
Virginia is requested to concur in this Act of the
General Assembly of Maryland by the passage of a similar
Act; and that upon that event the Governor of the State
of Maryland shall issue a proclamation declaring this Act
valid and effective.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That, subject
to the provisions of Section 2, this Act shall take
effect July 1, 1977.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 19(g) of Article 81 - Revenue and
Taxes, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1975
Replacement Volume and 1976 Supplement) be and it is
hereby repealed and reenacted, with amendments, to read
as follows:
