SECTION 4 5. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That new
Section 14E be and it is hereby added to Article 41 —
Governor-Executive and Administrative Departments, of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1971 Replacement Volume and
1976 Supplement) to read as follows:

THE PROVISIONS OF THE LAW CONCERNING LOBBYING THAT
RELATE TO MATTERS GENERALLY CONCERNING THIS ARTICLE ARE
FOUND IN ARTICLE 40, SECTIONS 5 THROUGH 14, OF THE CODE.

SECTION 5 6. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this
Act shall take effect July 1, 1977.
