SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Sections 3(b) through (g), respectively,
of Article 88A - Social Services Administration, of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1969 Replacement Volume and
1976 Supplement) be and they are hereby renumbered to be
Sections 3(c) through (h), respectively.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That new
Section 3(c) be and it is hereby added to Article 88A -
Social Services Administration, of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1969 Replacement Volume and 1976 Supplement) to
read as follows:
