TO LEASE TO THE APPROPRIATE GOVERNING BODIES IN WHICH THE
PROPOSED PROPERTY IS LOCATED. TO THE APPROPRIATE
GOVERNING BODIES IN WHICH THE PROPERTY IS LOCATED
CONCERNING THE ANTICIPATED USE OF ANY FACILITY WHICH IT
PROPOSES TO LEASE FOR THE FIRST TIME.
(3) THE GOVERNING BODIES MAY SUBMIT WRITTEN
COMMENTS TO THE DEPARTMENT WITHIN 90 30 DAYS AFTER
RECEIPT OF THE NOTICE.
(4) THE LEASE MAY NOT BE EXECUTED UNTIL 90
31 DAYS AFTER NOTICE IS SUBMITTED TO THE APPROPRIATE
GOVERNING BODIES.
(5) THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SUBSECTION APPLY
TO ALL LEASES NOTWITHSTANDING THEIR SIZE.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1977.

CHAPTER 882
(Senate Bill 290)
AN ACT concerning
Registers of Wills - Salaries
FOR the purpose of providing for the salaries that may be
paid to registers of wills in Baltimore City and in
each county of this State, removing reference to a
minimum and maximum annual salary permitted to be
paid to the registers of wills' removing a reference
to certain data pertaining to this office;
permitting the Board of Public Works to determine
the salary of each register of wills; providing for
cost of living increases for registers of wills when
given to employees in the respective offices;
changing the maximum salary that may be paid to
registers of wills in Baltimore City and in each
county of this State; and providing that this Act
applies only to certain registers of wills.
