(I) PUBLISHED ONCE A WEEK FOR 2 SUCCESSIVE
WEEKS IN TWO OR MORE NEWSPAPERS OF DAILY CIRCULATION
THROUGHOUT THE DISTRICT; AND (II)         POSTED IN ALL OF THE ADMINISTRATIONS OFFICES, STATIONS, AND TERMINALS AND ALL OF ITS VEHICLES
AND ROLLING STOCK IN REVENUE SERVICE. (3) THE 30-DAY PERIOD BEGINS WHEN THE NOTICE
FIRST APPEARS IN THE NEWSPAPER. (D) REPORTS TO BE FILED AND AVAILABLE FOR PUBLIC
INSPECTION. BEFORE CALLING A HEARING UNDER THIS SECTION, THE
ADMINISTRATION SHALL FILE AT ITS MAIN OFFICE AND MAKE
AVAILABLE FOR PUBLIC INSPECTION: (1)    ITS REPORT ON THE SUBJECT MATTER OF THE
HEARING; (2)    ANY REPORT RECEIVED FROM THE PUBLIC
SERVICE COMMISSION UNDER §7-507 OF THIS SUBTITLE; AND (3)     IF THE HEARING WAS REQUESTED UNDER
SUBSECTION (B) OF THIS SECTION, THE WRITTEN REQUEST FOR
THE HEARING AND ALL DOCUMENTS FILED IN SUPPORT OF IT. (3) PEOPLE'S COUNSEL TO APPEAR AT HEARING. IF THE PEOPLE'S COUNSEL TO THE PUBLIC SERVICE
COMMISSION CONSIDERS THE PUBLIC INTEREST TO BE INVOLVED,
THE PEOPLE'S COUNSEL SHALL APPEAR AND REPRESENT THE
PUBLIC INTEREST AT EACH HEARING CALLED BY THE
ADMINISTRATION UNDER THIS SECTION. REVISOR'S NOTE: This section presently appears as
Art. 64B, §32. In subsection (a) of this section, the words
"fix or revise" are substituted for "make or
change" to conform to the terminology used in
§7—505 of this subtitle. Also, the phrase
"charged the general public" is added to
clarify more adequately the distinction
between the fares or rates requiring a hearing
under subsection (a) and the other charges for
which a hearing may be requested, but need not
be held, under subsection (b). In subsection (b) (1) (i) of this section, the
present reference to a "firm or association"
is deleted as unnecessary in light of the
definition of "person" in §1-101 of this
article. in subsection (e) of this section, the
specific examples of the types of hearings
