FOR the purpose of providing for a director of parks and
recreation; providing for the salary, specifications
and duties of the director; altering the number of
members of the Board of Parks and Recreation; and
relating generally to the Board of Parks and
Recreation and the director.
BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Section 1-8 (a), (b) , (d), and (e)
Article 8 - Public Local Laws of Maryland

BY adding to

Section 1-8(k) and (l)
Article 8 - Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1970 Edition Supplemented through October 1975,
as amended)
SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Sections 1-8 (a), (b), (d), and (e) of the
Public Local Laws of Cecil County being Article 8 of the
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1970 Edition Supplemented
through October 1975, as amended) be and they are hereby
repealed and reenacted, with amendments, to read as
follows:
