SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the
additional members provided for in this Act shall be
appointed as promptly as practicable after its effective
date,

|
|
|
|
|
SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the
terms of the members of the board appointed under (a) are
not affected by this Act,
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
SECTION 4. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the
authority conferred by this Act for appointment of the
additional members and for their functions expires
automatically as of July 1, 1979 1980. This expiry does
not affect any action taken by the additional members
pursuant to the Act. All unfinished business of the
board as of July 1, 1979 1980, shall revert to the board
members appointed under (a) for disposition according to
the provisions of this subtitle.

SECTION 5. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect June 1, 1977.

AN ACT concerning
Washington County — Tax Collections
FOR the purpose of providing that the County
Commissioners of Washington County may authorize
arrangements for the collection of certain taxes by
certain financial institutions; providing that
arrangements for tax collections by the financial
institutions may be subject to certain conditions
and restrictions; and generally relating to tax
collections by the institutions.
