AN ACT concerning
Public Service Commission - Intermittent Ignition
Devices
FOR the purpose of requiring the Public Service
Commission to develop specifications for the
certification of intermittent ignition devices under
certain circumstances; requiring that certain
intermittent ignition devices be installed on
certain appliances; delegating certain powers to the
Public Service Commission; defining certain terms;
and generally relating to pilot lights and
intermittent ignition devices.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That new Section 75B be and it is hereby added
to Article 78 — Public Service Commission Law, of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1975 Replacement Volume and
1976 Supplement) to read as follows:

(A) (1) IN THIS SECTION THE FOLLOWING WORDS HAVE
