shall take effect July 1, 1977.

AN ACT concerning
Maryland Physician Assistant - Nurse Practitioner
Training Program
FOR the purpose of establishing the Maryland Physician
Assistant - Nurse Practitioner Training Program to
support certain training programs; establishing a
formula for the granting of aid in this program;
requiring the Maryland State Scholarship Board to
establish rules and regulations for administration
of the program; and providing for the reversion of
unused funds.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That new Section 61B be and it is hereby added
to Article 77A - Higher Education, of the Annotated Code
of Maryland (1975 Replacement Volume and 1976 Supplement)
