SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Sections 21(b) and 67(4) of Article 101 -
Workmen's Compensation, of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1964 Replacement Volume and 1976 Supplement) be and they
are hereby repealed and reenacted, with amendments, to
read as follows:
Article 101 - Workmen's Compensation

(b) The following shall constitute employees
subject to the provisions of this act, except as exempted
under subsection (c) of this section:
