(3) THE COUNTY EXECUTIVE AND COUNTY COUNCIL
OF BALTIMORE COUNTY;
(4) THE COUNTY EXECUTIVE AND COUNTY COUNCIL
OF ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY;
(5) THE PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION;
(6) THE REGIONAL PLANNING COUNCIL;
(7) THE DEPARTMENT OF STATE PLANNING;
(8) EACH PRIVATE CARRIER OPERATING IN THE
DISTRICT;
(9) EACH LABOR UNION REPRESENTING EMPLOYEES
ENGAGED IN TRANSIT OPERATIONS IN THE DISTRICT; AND
(10) ANY OTHER AGENCY THAT THE SECRETARY
DETERMINES.
REVISOR'S NOTE: This section presently appears as
Art. 64B, §11(a).
In subsection (b)(2) of this section, the term
"Secretary", rather than "Administration" or
"Administrator", is substituted for "Board" to
conform with the reference in subsection
(b)(1) of this section.
In subsection (c) of this section, the present
word "alteration" is deleted as unnecessary
in light of the word "revision"; this conforms
to the usage elsewhere in this title. Also
deleted as unnecessary is the present
reference to the "authority or agency created
to operate Friendship International Airport";
that airport, renamed Baltimore-Washington
International Airport, now is operated by the
state Aviation Administration, another unit of
the Department of Transportation.
The only other changes are in style.
As to plans relating to the rapid transit
system in the District, see, also, §7—307 of
this subtitle.
7-304. PUBLIC HEARINGS.
(A) PUBLIC INSPECTION OF INFORMATION.
THE ADMINISTRATION SHALL:
(1) RELEASE TO THE PUBLIC INFORMATION AS TO
ANY PROPOSED TRANSIT PLAN OF PROPOSED AMENDMENT OR
REVISION OF A TRANSIT PLAN; AND
