Any person entitled to renew his registration as a
Professional Land Surveyor, Land Surveyor-in-training, or
Property Line Surveyor prior to July 1, 1977 with the
State Board of Registration for Professional Engineers
and Professional Land Surveyors shall be entitled to
renew his registration after July 1, 1977 with the State
Board of Registration for Professional Land Surveyors.

SECTION 7. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1977.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 99 of Article 2B - Alcoholic
Beverages, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1976
Replacement Volume and 1976 Supplement) be and it is
hereby repealed:
